1995 · Software engineer background, now working in Eastern Gouache painting

My work centers on Eastern Gouache as a medium to explore a particular perceptual state — a hovering distance between body and consciousness.

This distance is not merely psychological; it has a visual structure: spatial dislocation, temporal layering, two registers that cannot collapse into one. I work through composition, perspective, and material arrangement to make the painting itself unstable in perception — rather than describing it in words.

The mineral texture of Eastern Gouache, the translucency of layered thin paper, and the density differences between materials form the material basis of this visual language.
